These include information kits on various Government services and entitlements, requests for letters of congratulations for special birthdays and anniversaries and requests for applications for Certificates of Appreciation. I have also included the ‘Your Views’ form which provides residents with the opportunity to keep me informed of their views and issues of concern. Congratulatory Messages
Congratulatory messages can be arranged for the following occasions:
- 50th Wedding Anniversary – letters from the Prime Minister and Governor General
- 60th Wedding Anniversary – letters from the Prime Minister, Governor General, and the Queen
- 90th Birthday – letter from the Prime Minister
- 100th Birthday – letters from the Prime Minister, Governor General, and the Queen
To organise for a congratulatory message, please write to Bob’s electorate office with the following information:
- Your name and contact details
- The nominees full name, title, and contact details
- The occasion being celebrated
- The date of the occasion, and the date when the letters should arrive (taking into consideration postal service and public holidays)
- Whether you want the letters delivered to the recipient or to yourself
- You need to include some proof of the event – ie. A copy of a birth or marriage certificate
- If you require any assistance, or have any questions, please contact the Electorate Office.
